Spotlight Event

The 5th annual Cares for Kids Radiothon is just around the corner!

On April 5th and 6th, the Charlottesville Radio Group—in partnership with the Children’s Miracle Network (CMN)—will host the Cares for Kids Radiothon in support of UVA Children’s Hospital patients and families. UVA Children’s Hospital is Central Virginia’s designated CMN hospital. This program funds items of the greatest need at Children’s Hospital from research to equipment to family-centered care services.

For these two days in April, four different Charlottesville Radio Group stations (Newsradio WINA, 97.5 3WV, Z95.1, and 106.1 The Corner) will talk to patients, parents, doctors, nurses, and supporters of the UVA Children’s Hospital. Please be sure to call in and make a pledge to support the children!
